PROJECT MANAGEMENT

In charge of STEP’s product initiatives. The Project Management is responsible for overseeing all design and innovation aspects of our products and services and ensuring project delivery on time and within budget, as well meeting client expectations.

PRODUCTION

Responsible for conduction all fabrication activities in line with project documentation and within prescribed applicable quality specifications.

QUALITY CONTROL

Team assigned to inspect, test and sample materials, parts or products for defects and any deviations from project specifications.

INSTALLATION

The Installation team is composed by engineers, superintendents, foremen and other support personnel, and is meant to define the methodology and to assure that the completed projects meet the requirements of the specifications and schedule.
